Support Groups In Canada
I'm trying to help compile a list of support groups in CANADA.
Can anyone suggest a local in-person or online support group in their area? It can be as simple as a Facebook group where there's an informal, constant post/chats going on. Or it can be a regular occuring meetup group that supports each other through talk, meditation, education, etc. Or anything you think fits the description of a peer support group for fibro

@A MyFibroTeam Member thanks for that link. I'm not at the national stage of collecting support group links yet. But, if you're bored or have time, I'd love the help gathering the info. I agree, there is lots of them! But, if you don't have the time or energy, perfectly fine without.
Ideally, the links gathered would be from groups we have experience with, that are reasonably active. I tried going through the list of groups and pages on FB but there were so many. So I thought I'd start here with our teams.
