I have horrible internal organ cramps. Most are by my ribs. If I cough too hard. I just tried to work out and was trapped on the floor with organ cramps. It's almost like a cycle. Severe migraine headache left side, chronic swollen lymph nodes, chronic sinitus, chronic fatigue, ear pain, joint pain, shaking hands, dropping stuff, trouble saying words or thinking, inflammation in my mouth on the left side. It just starts over. Endless cycle of hell.

Yes, I have it every now and then. On some occasions it’s hard for me to stand up straight. It feels like a tight band. I’m a bit more careful with picking up heavy objects now. Doing so can bring on the pain.

Yes, I have a lot of rib pain. One of my ribs actually sometimes tucks up under the one above it because the muscles knot up. I understand the electric shock sensations, which I believe is nerve issues.

Yes, really bad. Feels like tight band around rib cage, sometimes like being in a vice and getting crushed. Electric shock sensations. At times feels like I am trapped in a cement block. Burning sensations or feels like a cannot stand because the rib cage collapse. Mostly on the right side, but wraps around the back too. Irritated nerves. Currently I am in a long flare most likely caused by stress and long sitting due to air travel. I am trying all sorts of pain relief. Intercoastal neuralgia symptoms maybe. I also have costohondritis sometimes but that has different symptoms for me.
