Glute Pain
Pain Increases if I sit more than an hour, is year round but pain Increases with colder weather painful when walking feels like someone is kicking me in my butt literally so painful, anyone else have this pain?
If I sit more than thirty minutes I feel crippled trying to stand. I will ask my physical therapist if she could show me if there is something I can do before I stand to alleviate the excruciating pain. I will share what I learn
I have pain n in my butt that feels like someone is driving a nail in it. Pain runs down my leg. Hurts so bad I cry.
I have pains like that but I assumed it was from my hip that needs replacing. I have been told that it could be the paraformis muscle.

Does it get worse when you bend over. I was diagnosed with crepitus itβs a type of arthritis. It makes a lot of clunking sound. I got it after I fell. I use ice and heat
