Yes I have them on my knuckles and bone close to fingernails. Very sore. Not sure if it is arthritis or from fibromyalgia.

After a wrist break I developed swelling and nerve pain in the hands. Then hard 1/2 pea sized lumps under the thumb and 2 fingers on the underside of the first joint (pads). Not visible though. No test could diagnose them and only one Doctor could feel them. It hurts when picking things up. The only explanation given was that it was probably my fibromyalgia. 8 months later they have not decreased.
