Yes. Try rubbing lavender oil into the joint. The lander smells good, the rubbing increases the blood flow and just makes me feel generally better. I use it on any painful joints. If lavender doesn’t work, try ginger oil but you must dilute it with either almond oil or any other carrier oil. If you don’t dilute it, you will burn your skin. Again the massage element of applying it is good but the ginger produces heat too. Winner, winner 😊
