Hi Martina 👋 Yes, I do have skin pain from head to toe. Some days it is worse than others. How I found it? I was rubbing an area on my knee cap where the skin is pretty thin & I accidentally kind of pinched myself. And holy moly!! I almost went through the roof from that pain. It was a pinch like feeling with tons of needles poking through it. So I pinched a bunch of areas all over my body, got the same result 😬
