Newly Diagnosed

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’
Alberta, Canada

Hello all! I am newly diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I'm feeling wildly overwhelmed. Does anyone have any advice, favorite books, favorite cookbooks, suggestions on where I should start? The whole thing currently feels daunting and I'm a little at a loss of where to start or look.

Thank you in advance!

The Mayo Clinic has a book on fibromyalgia that I have found helpful. I also think reading about the whole 30 is helpful- there is a book, multiple cookbooks and a website. I find that not eating processed foods makes me feel better

If you have experienced trauma, I think The Body Keeps Score, is a good book
