I wasn’t moving much and felt worse. After I got my puppy, I suddenly became much more mobile and even walking. Sure I still have pain and exhaustion issues…I rest frequently and just being around my dog brings a smile! She is a terrific distraction for me! Sometimes I put music on which makes me want to dance. Can’t do it very long, but it feels liberating!

Yes, be careful exercising with your ailments. Speak with your Dr, or maybe a good physical therapist, experienced in these ailments.💗
