Does fibromyalgia also include localized unexplained pain or is it always all over pain?

Fibromyalgia can have over 200 different symptoms fibro effects everyone differently, fibro can be wide spread or in one area , fibro can move all around the body at different times .

My pain is more localized, occasionally it spreads. My doctor said it doesn't matter if it's not widespread.
