Being in nature, under a tree, or watching waves hit the shore or at the river and just watching the rapids snatching into each other.

Look up crafts on Amazon. I found a very small x stitch to do….

Favorite is listen to music in cozy clothes with a cup of tea….decaf….

There's a specific kind of Cognitive Behavior Therapy for insomnia called CBT-I and I have seen workbooks for it. 💙

I think it can be worth checking out: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Not everyone has access to therapy but there are workbooks that guide readers.
