Still Wanting To Hear From Anyone Who Has Under The Skin Rolling Lump All Over Legs And Arms. Some Hurt And Others Do Not

Yes! I have them. Mostly my upper arms but I think a few on my legs. They are definitely not normal muscle knots. I get deep tissue massage every two weeks and they hurt so bad, I can't have her touch them.

I have some. I have one on my back that feels like a marble. It doesn't really hurt. I have several on my thigh muscles, those hurt when pushed on. I also get bad knots all over my back, but I think those are "normal" muscle knots that can eventually be worked out by my PT.

Is not the same as mine. You can’t see mine . They are under the skin and you can feel them with my fingers. Most are little with some larger that sometimes hurt when pressed.
