Crohns as well
It can get better. It takes a while to figure out what works for you. A good multivitamin, B12, D 3, Magnesium all help to reduce symptoms. I also use electrolytes when I feel dehydrated. Feel free to ask questions! Hugs, Gwen
Hi Kazza2 🌹
I went through those symptoms 24 years ago after a fall. It took me a good deal of time before it improved. A chiropractor actually helped me with the groin pain. Myofascial therapy helped with the upper body pain. A podiatrist helped with the toe pain. Mine was a Morton's neuroma. Hope you find your answers to what can help you. 💜
