yes, I get that. I had some this morning. Try this and see how you feel. Try OTC medication like Claritin (I usually go with Claritin D) and/or Benadryl. Your situation might be different, but it helps me sometimes on the extremely painful days when prescribed medications don’t work. Claritin keeps me awake and Benadryl makes me sleepy so at night I have taken standard dose but with both to nullify the side effects. For some reason I have less pain in the mornings when I do this. If it helps you, then direct message me. I ask this, because we might have overlapping symptoms. BTW, I will be 43 in June. We are about the same age. I have multiple health issues, and I suspect they are linked and the inflammatory side of my pain is systemic. Nerve pain affects my entire body.

Everything hurts! Entire body feels like I’m having small muscle spasms everywhere with tingling and jabbing pain. It’s awful, but I somehow keep going. Hang in there, you can do it! Wondering how old you are? I’m 80.

I feel it, often starts with extreme itch, tingly then progresses to electric shock torture time 🥺
