Actually unfortunately my mom does not drink much water at all she drink very strong coffee I can’t drink her coffee cuz it’s so strong it knocks the hair off my chest she also drinks a lot of coke, to much caffeine and and sugar is not good but she doesn’t have fibro either. Water also hydrates the skin making it clear and make you shine .

Water drink plenty of water , the body is made mostly of water the body is cells , you have to stay hydrated at all times , even the skeleton is wet . Water is the best drink for fibromyalgia also it’s good to keep things flowing such as the bladder and bowl movements. Supposed to drink 8 / 8 ounces of water a day I think that’s like 1.5 liters a day , I know it’s hard but try drink more water you’ll eventually get use to it . Just like when you get into a daily routine you get use to it . Good luck wish ya well
