Bed ridden cuz there sick feeling ,cant even watch tv

I have to force myself to get up and move around a lot of the time. Even if it's to just walk around the house a bit.

Extreme Low energy and I just don’t feel well or rite at all . Saving that energy just to try to care for myself is darn near impossible but still fighting, I did see another day today so that’s a plus

It depends on the day. Depends on the month. Depends on how bad you are, whether you're bedridden whether your clothes hurt whether you're on overload, it just depends on the day there were days months years. I was bedroom wheelchair ridden a Minnesota because I'm not in a wheelchair but I'm still having difficulties managing my day. I have a window that I can do things in. Other than that I'm still in bed, but even in bed you're a survivor. You're still here.
