Brain Fog is ongoing. And we have to do some things to make our life better as we have this. As said, we need to make lists so we have encouragement to make ourselves seem better, We can do this!

Brain fog can hit you at any time. You could be sitting in your kitchen or living room and you forget what you're doing. You could go to the store, walk in the front doors and forget what you're doing and why you got there. That's all why I've always gotten up and made a list of what I'm going to do. Just so I don't forget. They always want to now make a list. That's why I say it's a new normal because you have to make a list and you have to deal with the new normal pain so fiber fog can hit you at any time. You could be talking and want to tell them about a specific thing and then it just goes out of your head and then when you remember you're like. Oh that's right. Things can just go right of your head. You have it in your mind and then when somebody's talking to you it just it's gone. Fiber fog is just crappy!

It does help Rita! Thanks...I react to all weather changes, cold to warm, warm to cool, rain so I watch the barometric pressure real close. And, you are right, the brain fog is worse then. Thanks again!

It can happen at anytime, like when someone is talking to you and you have to ask them to repeat what they said because you didn’t really comprehend what they said, or you’re talking about something and suddenly forget the point you were going to make. I find it’s worse if a flare is starting too. I often react to weather changes and it get brain fog then also. I hope this helps!
