Go onto your page. At the top where it lists Story…Treatments etc, it will also say Team. Tap that. Everyone you have added to “your” team will appear with their pictures. If some one adds you to their team, your name and picture will be on “their” individual team. But all of the people who have added you, is not listed in one place, as far as I know.

Also, if you're on your profile page, about in the middle of the page, there's a rectangle that says updates with a down arrow. Click arrow and one option is 'my team'.
I've found I can often find a way to get info I want, then find out much later there's an easier way! 🤦

Click top left then team activity and you’ll see my team members that’s all I know, I’m still working out how to see stuff
