A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’ve had them since COVID. But, just read an article about inflammation and that it can contribute to them. Good thing I’ve got my hubby next to me cuz he helps calm me down. Do any of u take something for them? If so, tips please. Thnx so much. God bless u all

Yes, I do get nightmares quite often, I always thought it was because of my. Over active mind, didn't know it could be part of my fibromyalgia. Good to know that I am not going crazy 😜

I dreamed I had my friends truck and I let the passenger drive and she committed suicide by driving the truck in the river. It was so real.
