Do Any Of You Have Trouble With Excessive (often Completely Unexplainable) Bruising?

I mean, sure, I'm clumsy, but not THAT clumsy. I think you could look at me cross-eyed and I'd get a random bruise.

I bruise very easily ! If I bump into something I know there will be a bruise! A cold compress applied immediately stops the bruising!

I've noticed that friends on Prednisone bruise very easily. It could be caused by other medications as well

I think that some of the drugs that Fibro ppl. take can lead to easy brusing, like steroid or cortisone injections, ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin. Also some are on blood thinners for other medical reasons. Arnica cream sometimes helps heal the bruises a bit faster. 💜

As far as natural things to take, I thought that bioflavanoids (the skin of citrus is supposed to help but I'm not sure. Some people say bromelain which is in pineapple but I can't stomach pineapple. It makes my stomach churn. Also I've read to eat food that contains zinc like seeds and nuts and legumes.
