It has been a natural self-guided approach. Largely it is all around healing my nervous system and includes a full body stretching routine (at a slow paced build up), a wide range of relaxation tools, a range of mental health practices, life structure changes, and an inclusive-based "gourmet" diet.

What regimens, and/or meds have you used, to help with progress?
No, I've never used a wellness coach.
