Gabapentin does nothing for me

No medication helps me. Cannot handle the side effects.

I can't take any of it, me ake me a zombie or sick....just supplements

I take 1800 gabapentin and 60mg of cymbalta. The gabapentin alone was pretty much useless no matter how many times they titrated me up to the dose I’m currently at. The cymbalta was life changing. Something I did accidentally stumble across though was the cymbalta is more effective if used it in conjunction with a high dose of melatonin.

Gabapentin does help me but I only take it at night. Escitalopram cut down on the pain a lot too.
