Restless leg can be your meds,my legs used fly up in the air wake me up

Yes! I don’t have it all the time but yes, sometimes I feel like im having an outer body experience

I’ve experienced an odd sensation that I could only describe as weird. Then, I was reading a couple of posts on a FB support page. Two ladies described what I’d been feeling and I was relieved to describe it as more than just something weird. I’d have moments that I’d push my body against the mattress or curl up in as tight a ball as u could, hoping to make the sensation go away.

One lady described it as if all the muscles in her body were screaming to get out. Another lady said it felt like restless leg syndrome, only ALL over the body. I finally had a decent description to talk to the doctor about.

Basically the feeling is almost like I'm going numb it's weird I can't really explain it seems to happen when I'm overloaded so I guess it's what they call brain overload

Yes I have that I am on iron tablets my bloods are stable maybe that's what's wrong with me .mine is lack oxygen
