Yes smoking can cause pains and also cause more fibro pains also quitting smoking can cause pains as well . Once your body get use to healing from not smoking the pains from smoking should subside hopefully. 🤞

Might be enjoyable now but look a few years ahead. Not good. They say most lung cancers are caused by cigarettes and vaping is no more safer.

I have been quit for 3 years and i used the nicotine pouches to quit. My mom died at 66 from lung cancer. I am now starting to have some minor heart issues. One habit i wish i had never started
