Anyone get head sensation like a tight band feeling I can't really explain it . I think it hormonal as well as I'm getting that pins and needles feeling in the head .
I have headaches everyday myself and they end up turning into migraines.
Yes I get constant tightness around my scalp and head .It comes with migraine. It seems its connected with the stomach .
I use vapour rub when I get tightness of chest that seems to help
I just haven't found the remedy for tightness of the chest .I wish someone did .😗
