Has Anyone Had Spinal Compression
I have spinal stenosis
@A MyFibroTeam Member
I can only speak for myself because everyone is different. Getting my back decompressed with surgery did not help me and even made things worse for me for a while. What helps me is to lie on my back with my knees bent up. I do the bridge exercises and clams, I massage my nerves over my butt and lower back. That has helped me to avoid any further surgeries. I will be praying for your pain and suffering and I hope you will find what helps you. I am glad that the Chiropractor has given you some relief.
Thanks everyone for your input. It is my legs that are so bad and I am losing more mobility all the time. How big is the ball Shotsy? Used to back exercises every day and havn.t done for awhile going back to that because then I didn.t have a problem and was swimming and it seemed to keep things working. hugs Evelyn
wHAT IT DOES DR TOLD ME in my case narrows the casing that protects your spine and then it press's on the nerves and causes the pain. Over the years have had problems with siatica and it is all connected and squeezes the nerves. When I was your age when to get off couch and collapsed on floor they said herniated disc. when I think about it I have ad lots of problems and do they have an answer I DON'T THINK SO. hugs Evelyn
Do you mind telling me the symptoms? I have lots of problems with my back.
Thanks for info Shotsey. When I was doing my back exercises every day never had a problem even did them on holidays going to start them today for sure and see what happens. Hugs Evelyn
