Thanks for your responses, and it's so sad so many of you have this problem. I had read of it but had not experienced it at all until last year. That was the first winter I was sooooo cold - cold to the bone , couldn't get warm no matter what I did. This year is almost as bad but I have a whole new set of winter clothes now to combat it. My daughter says it must be almost worth being so cold as to have to go and buy a new winter wardrobe. Maybe for her, but I don't enjoy being so cold. Still.

I know exactly what you mean. I put on all the warm clothes and a while later I have to take half of them off - then put them on again later. Just so annoying. Wish there was a button you could press to fix it - or a tablet.

It’s hard to find that sweet spot between hot and cold.

The best time of day is bed time, when I can have the electric blanket on or a hot water bottle snuggled in close. I find it very annoying when I go out and I am bundled up for the cold and others are out and about wearing T-shirts and light slacks.

I get cold extremely easy even if it’s warm out , although I hate wearing layers and don’t like heavy clothing.
