I find that if it is raining I get a lot of throbbing

Usually, but when it's raining it's worse. We are now starting our yearly monsoon in New Mexico. I love the rain and we truly need it here. But, ow!!!

Both shoulders and the joints and both of my shoulder blades the muscles in my right arm have been throbbing I have applied some voltaren gel which is good for short term relief.
Going to see my gp about it on Thursday 🫣
