I worry about this all the time.- conflicting stories. My fibromyalgia is controlled with Cymbalta & GABAPENTINE. I exercise and eat right. If I do not take the Cymbalta, every 24 hrs, symptoms The fatigue never really goes away. I never feel rested. What can I do? Thanks.

Fibromyalgia doesn't kill you. Some people believe it is an autoimmune disorder which it may be. I don't really think they have done enough research to be sure. Fatigue is a big part of it. Your body just gets tired from fighting it, and, especially if you have other conditions like I do. I sleep 10 hours at night and take at least an hour nap in the afternoon. Do you find a part of the day where you have a little more energy? It sounds like you are doing the right things! Have you read a book about it? Maybe that would help. Sending gentle hugs...
