Fibromyalgia doesn't kill you. Some people believe it is an autoimmune disorder which it may be. I don't really think they have done enough research to be sure. Fatigue is a big part of it. Your body just gets tired from fighting it, and, especially if you have other conditions like I do. I sleep 10 hours at night and take at least an hour nap in the afternoon.
