What Kind Of Shoes Do You Wear?

Skechers seem to be making my feet worse. But I can't wear any hard shoes. Some people say it is better just to wear cheap tennis shoes.

Hi everyone, I used to wear mainly Bass or SAS shoes & sandals for almost 40 years. Found Z-coils shoes in 2000. They're still holding up. Haven't needed anything else. They correct my whole body aliment. I can walk much farther with little or no pain. Different styles. Had to find what style was best for me. They will last you decades. Now l hate hard shoes. But with a few disposable matching colored matching insoles to pad & custom fit I'm walking on a cloud from my toes up to my head, it's in complete aliment. They do have some weight but once accustomed to it, regular shoes just don't cut it for me. Made such a difference for my life. I started with the tennis shoes than the sandals, couldn't resist the mary janes, & cowboy boots, etc. The only other shoes l wear are washable slippers. Folks, in the first 6 months or so started commenting, you don't look like you're walking in pain anymore. You're walking straight too.
They're pricey but need, no replacing like regular shoes. I chose the open coil styles. Less bulky. Feels like I'm walking flat but the foot is supported. No heal spur pain anymore either. Unless I'm in slippers or bear foot. My toe/leg cramping just about disappeared. But it took time to find the best styles for me. To each is own. Whatever works for you. But if you try Z-coils, try different styles. I can't wear them all either, especially all the tennis shoes. Don't forget to pad & cushion. I truly like the elastic laces, so l can slip on/off my shoes easier. Truthfully, wish l had them as a kid. Hopefully this helps someone.

I wear Crocs. They work. They’re nothing special but they don’t hurt my feet and they let my toes breathe. Occasionally I wear Dr Martens, which are incredibly comfortable and supportive IMO but much more trouble than Crocs because I have to deal with socks. 🧦

Crocs, Docs, and possibly socks. 😆🩷💚

Merrill’s and Saucony. Sometimes Dansko sandals are good. I also have inserts from the chiropractor , that are not as hard as the ones from the podiatrist
