I want to know names of meds, types of exercises, sleep schedules, work schedules, dietary changes, specialized tools or equipment, or whatever you do that help you maintain employment.

It's a real struggle. I explain to others that, every morning when i wake up, i feel like i'm ready for bed! So i do have to force myself out of bed and to go to work. I changed careers from a manual job to a desk job which has really helped me continue working. If you can, find an office job you can do and explain to your employers your situation and hopefully they will understand enough and support you. I actually feel worse when i take a week off and do nothing at home than when i do when i go to work. It almost keeps just busy enough to not think about it all so much. Though it is still challenging

I work 3 hours in the afternoon. I rest as much as I can during the day. Saturday usually is my day to stay in bed.
