The winter seems the worst time for me for pain.
Extremes in temperature are not good for pain. If the weather's nice I'm fine.
I feel like I can predict the weather with my body.
Does anyone else feel that way?

My body loves the sun. It hurts more when fall and winter come....and the cold.

I cannot tolerate the humidity and heat due to the fibro. I feel like I get hot flashes which is impossible because I am 78 and way past menopause. So I stay indoors.

Heat seems to help my pain although I take a lot of dizzy spells and I swell. I do everything at a much slower pace (not that I’m fast anyway!) wear the lightest loosest clothes possible and have a wet handkerchief round my neck. Bottle of water with you at all times. I can’t tolerate a sun hat it makes my head sweat and I feel worse!
