Very gentle for 20 mins with oils. I taught my husband and he got very good at it.

At first I could not have massages. It hurt to be touched. Over time getting regular massages helped more than chiropractic care. I am careful about how much pressure they use or I can feel sore (like a hard workout). It now feels like a great stretch. I hold stress and pain in my shoulders. I hope you find what helps you!!

No. It hurt like hell every second. But it did help with movement flow for me.

Massage treatments are both yes and no. Depends on the person and I think just how sore and in pain you are.

My pain Dr went private last year, so I tried to get another Dr, finally got into a Pain clinic but the Dr, doesn't seem to be enthusiastic about helping about asking me my expectations. Telling me, he will get me off all my medications & running marathons. Yeah right, I never ran marathons. I just don't understand what they offer.
My pain Dr, gave needles with lidocaine & steroids into areas that were inflamed. I am not really looking forward to talking to this Dr next week for my 2nd visit.
