@A MyFibroTeam Member have you ever done foam rolling it does help . Bloodmoon put a YouTube link on my profile and one shows using the foam roller in the middle of your shoulders as it opens up the chest muscles it really did help x

@A MyFibroTeam Member yes start small always good to do it after hot shower or a bath as muscles slightly relaxed . I use a acupressure ball up against the wall and just slowly press into the tight muscles across my shoulders .
I lay on the bed with the foam roller and stick pillows along lower part of my back and put the roller at the top and lay down slowly over it and just breath & relax it really does help and I noticed a difference rolling under my arm across the bottom of shoulder blade on the bed .
The links on YouTube show different ways big the lady who bloodmoon said about really does explain it well and the opening of the chest is worth doing first .
Depending on how my arms are I’ll do some rolling against the wall but not as easy as on the bed or on a mat on the floor you really do feel them just melt and relax 😁 Good luck
Only do what feels comfortable pain !! You’ll know what it feels like, if it hurts too much stop.
