My Lungs Burning All Day Causing Difficulty Breathing

I too have terrible reactions to forest fire smoke. Even if it's causing a slight haze in the air, my lungs will burn, my eyes burn and itch. I wear an N95 mask if I need to go out and it helps a lot!! Also an antihistamine.
