I eat fruit to help with dry mouth, any type of berry does wonders and works instantly.

I get very dry due to my lung disease. I’ve tried everything. Only thing that works for me is “Spry” products. They have gum and lozenges and a spray. I like the spray the best ,and I keep it on my nightstand to spray mouth in middle of night or morning.

One of my kiddos eats ice 🧊 he loves it. I bet that would help. In the hospital they always would give me ice chips

I'm trying a mouthwash for dry mouth. Time will tell
