Red Light Therapy really helps. I had a flare in my arm and, instead of lasting 2 weeks, with the Light, it was only 3 days. I also bought a massage seat and use the shiatsu setting. It really works too.

I found that pain injections at my local pain clinic helped me short term. Rest helps some days for my back and legs.

Janet I've started Red Light Therapy it takes awhile but it's helping with the pain in my back. That's my worst nightmare
