Do You Get Nausea/vomiting When You've Overexerted?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Taft, CA

I got a short round of vomiting recently after about 6 days of more than normal activity levels. It didn't last long - less than 24 hours, but I was wondering if that was the result of overdoing. I've never had it cause throwing up before.

Yes I feel constantly sick, it's a bit like when you are scared, the feeling never leaves me I suppose it's the anxiety that we suffer from due to the fibromyalgia. My stomach is always upset

Yes I definitely do, if I walk too far I feel extremely sick this can happen if just cleaning the house, I suppose it's like when people go hard at exercise they vomit, we do a little and it makes us feel sick

I feel nauseous a lot never sick, primarily in the mornings. Apparently this is common in the general population.

I don’t vomit, but I feel constantly nauseous and unwell feeling. And strong smell makes it worse.
I also have chronic migraines.
