For a while I felt like I was coming down with the flu every couple weeks but it was just fibro. I’m getting the hot flashes too now but I’m 45. Who knows what’s going on with our crazy bodies… at least we’re still kicking 😆

There's lots of bugs and allergies going around due to changes in weather and seasons.
