Glad you’re OK Cyndi. I get strong painful electric zaps for a few seconds in my head and my groin occasionally.Usually lasts for a day and then vanishes. I found out that it’s part of Fibromyalgia For some of us

Yes, The things I take to usually prevent muscle spasms are magnesium bisglysinate, electrolytes, calcium, and L theanine . All are natural supplements . Hope this helps.

Yes I do in my stomach as well I just had that right now frequently chest spasms

Yeah they have been plaguing me for 13 years. These are the things that have helped lessen the spasticity: flexeril, heating pad, ice packs, and TENS.
