I was going to try exactly like you. Even the helpful kind lady in the health food shop said think of it like an inhaler..as, I was unsure... . alas I was not sure and felt hesitant .
One of the lovely ladies on here @A MyFibroTeam Member suggested caution. I am so grateful to her as a little while later I was diagnosed with asthma. I personally couldn't imagine doing it now after the attacks. Obviously that's my personal experience and it may differ for you. I have read from several sources that they don't really know the effect of long term vaping.

Have you already considered or tried patches?

Good luck with your decision it's not easy to manage the pain x 🌸💐🙏🏼

A study has been done and it's now established that vaping is worse for you than smoking. I've noticed that second hand smoke from vaping is far worse.

I use cbd oil, I'm not a fan of vaping as I think it contributed to my son's bronchiectasis after vaping in his teens

@A MyFibroTeam Member Thank you for mentioning that. I’m so glad that helped you what I said. especially since you were diagnosed with asthma afterwards. Since I have this lung disease and also asthma, I know how delicate the tissues of the lungs are. There’s many studies now here in the USA, that prove vaping will cause future lung disease. I think The reason why people like vaping is because it gives a quicker reaction . there’s really no need to vape CBD. And if people are smoking marijuana or vaping it they’re really destroying their lungs.
