Ablation Shotsey. When I had it before it helped but the benefits did not last long perhaps six months. Take care.

Been dealing with pain clinics for years first started with steroid and lidocaine injection for several years now a different clinic for ketamine and lidocaine infusions I have had 2 low dose so far with positive effects. Still taking some pain pills and muscles relaxers and cbd but not as much as before.

I am waiting to have the nerves in my lower back removed at a pain clinic. They seem to have no idea how to help with fibro pain, apart from nagging if you take opiates. The wait is 46 weeks, I have twenty more to go. Take care.
