There is some sort of connection between anxiety and fibro. Some people even go through the stages of grief when they’re diagnosed. Receiving this diagnosis and learning how to live with it works a number on one’s mental health. I’ve had anxiety issues my entire life but it’s skyrocketed since I got sick. (And then it got worse again with the Covid shutdowns etc.) I wouldn’t be surprised at all if one of your flare symptoms is anxiety. Hang in there 😘🩷💚
