I'm either freezing or burning up. I rarely have an in between and can never fully regulate my temperature.

No,not as much I stay sweating hot. I use to be cold always had a blanket in my chair or cover up every night in bed all the way to the top of my head. Now I lay most of the time if not all uncovered.
