Yes I get the tender scalp.... so much so I can't wear hats or have sunglasses 😎 on with the arms against my scalp, or wear headphones. Blah!
Gosh, I thought a tender scalp was just my head.
Yes! My head also feels heavy and my scalp is tender. Also, it’s as if I sometimes have a band of pressure around my head…no pain, just pressure. But the “spasms” are more painful, like zingers.
