Yes I get chest , neck, and head pain. I too am asthmatic but it's a different pain. Just make sure it is fibro causing the pain. I wish you a pain free day.

I need to crack my neck to get moving and use a warm wheat pack. I get a tight chest but my doctor said it's stress from the pain.

I have a tight chest but I am asthmatic and I also have a hiatus hernia, with a 4cm hole in my abdomen so I get a lot of chest, neck and shoulder pain from that. The fibro definitely doesn't help it, it makes it worse due to having gerd/gord from the acid as gerd is also a symptom of fibromyalgia

Yes, if it’s tight & I can’t crack it then I use my neck/ shoulder heating pad. The con is that it hurts but I breathe thru it. God bless!
