Magnesium gives a calming effect and helps with muscle relaxing and cramping. It's very subtle. It's one supplement that I take that definitely helps with muscle cramping and sleeping.

Turmeric is said to help with pain. I only just realised supplements can take eight to twelve weeks to work Steph. Take care.

What Sandy Jean said is exactly why I recommended magnesium bisglysinate first. It was prescribed by my osteopath about a decade ago.
