This is weird anyone have slowed urine problems where it's almost like brain isn't telling bladder to empty until I start thinking about it

As long as I had Fibro I STILL have bladder problems!! I don't always have control!! I take 6000 of D-Mannose, and something called UT. Finally I am having some semblance of control over my bladder!!!🤪Until recently I haven't been able to go anywhere for any length of time!!

Guess what I had smart water and I have been urine better . That smart water has added electrolytes.

Hmm, I'm wondering if taking electrolytes will help. Although I'm drinking the same amount of water,, my urine output is much higher. The electrolytes will banish twitches spasms and hopefully cramping .

I’m the same way 😅 sometimes it’s like I have to force my muscles to relax somehow just to go to the bathroom 😭
Probably more common to see the opposite problem with fibro, but this is possible too.
