I stick to a Keto diet without being obsessive and walk 6 kilometers a day. Varying this routine to more strict observance if pain pops up! I take a low dose of lyrica and Tylenol maybe every 4 or 5 days. Incredibly more liveable and please to be with! And I've been following this routine for at least 15 years! I am so blessed it works for me - I know others suffer terribly!

I just eat a high protein, low-fat, low-sugar diet. I steer clear from fast foods, starches, bad carbs, processed foods and other foods that I shouldn't eat. I eat vegetables and fruits and healthy grains with a low FODMAP as well as more cruciferous veggies.
