I never used to really dream but every once in awhile but now I have the strangest of dreams. Does anyone else go through this?

Always. I do lots and lots of listening, reflection, meditation and contemplation. During the day. I eat light meals, only drink water and practice grounding whenever I can. I do the best I can. Working on getting back to my aqua swimming routine.

Yes, I do have nightmares, so much that before sleeping, I pray and ask the Lord to clear my mind and thoughts of anything that would cause nightmares or bad dreams

Yes, I do, especially if I sleep on my couch. Sometimes my dreams seem so real. Glad I'm not the only one.

Only when I take prednisone, that drug is Brutal. Gives me nightmares. I don’t like taking it, but, I have no choice right now, weening off of it so I can go on a new drug for my RA. Have a good evening. πŸ₯° Hugs πŸ€— and Lots of Love ❀️.

Many medications can cause weird dreams. I know if I take 5 mg of melatonin I am fine but if I take 10mg of melatonin I have nightmares.
