When you are in a bed or chair you are often utilizing muscles in isolation when turning or making small movements.

This can cause excess stress on areas, especially if you have an existing area of concern.

When we are up and moving about we are often using muscles we don’t realize in conjunction with others.

It’s similar to how if you lift something without engaging your legs and core, you are more likely to pull or strain something.

Sorry you are hurting. 💜💐

My lower back pain is worse due to small movements, like turning over in bed getting out of a chair etc. Going to bed is a signal for my legs and feet to start hurting.

Not sure if it's the same, but as soon as I lie down in bed for the night, limbs start their fibro thing, burning, stabbing, etc. I thought perhaps it was just me. I'm terribly sorry that even gentle things cause you pain!
